
Sales Director
The Opportunity:

We are now looking to recruit a Sales Director to our organisation. and join our board.
​
Overall you will be responsible for creating the overall strategy that defines the delivery of sales targets:
​

Outlining annual plan for business development and account management teams
-
Establishing quarterly focus
Oversight of sales process:
-
Targeting profile clients (operating in compliance with industry guidelines).
-
Driving healthy pipeline progression
-
Ensuring efficient conversion of leads to contract through pipeline at each stage
-
Developing client accounts to maximise revenue/ account
-
Decision-making where obstacles or anomalies occur i.e. Amendments to contract terms

Develop effective client and prospect management through the team:
-
Defining ownership frameworks of leads and clients per salesperson.
-
Defining client journeys and expectations of salespeople at each stage- supporting them at the same time as holding them accountable to achieve these.
-
Managing healthy client relationships and expectations of clients in tension with Skills4Stem internal operating processes and SLAs.

Collaborating with the SLT to shape ideas for expansion and/or other projects.
Developing infrastructure and efficiency that enables scale:

Creating Sales Budget through understanding of overhead costs and opportunity value:

Establishing spend for partner and industry events

Identifying new recruitment needs and level needed

Defining and refining sales team OTE plans and total package to ensure motivation and drive results
Annual contribution to Skills4Stem’s budget planning and forecasting.
​
Motivation and management of the Sales team (new business and account management) to deliver on target results as a team.

Developing potential and capability in individuals.
​
Partner and raise profile of Skills4Stem with stakeholders through ongoing relationships and events:

Chartership Bodies

Industry Focus Groups
-
Professional Institutions
-
Trade Organisations

What we offer in return:

This exciting role offers the following benefits:

Salary £55,000 - £60,000

Performance bonus based on personal revenue target
