Our colleagues commit to our charter..
Skills4Stem is a collection of professionals working towards one vision, to transform adult education.
We do this by delivering personalised adaptive learning programmes which dovetail into current employment.
Working as one team, with a focus on a clear vision allows us to fulfil our purpose, to unleash the untapped potential in our learners.
To achieve our vision we aspire to be recognised as a centre of excellence for our learners, our employers and for our colleagues.
All our people therefore understand and commit to the following Skills4Stem colleague charter.
Our Colleagues
We respect each other as professionals, cooperate as a team regardless if we work in the office or remotely, you are one of us.
We take ownership over our role, with care and attention and with a can do attitude.
We are able to adapt and change and never accept that there isn't a better way.
We recognise that we are all ambassadors of our company, in everything we do we represent our company and each other.
As colleagues we are empowered and trusted to deliver for our company. We have a voice which is heard.
We take every opportunity to learn and take responsibility for our own self development.
Our Learners
We aim to deliver adaptive learning programmes.
We want to allow our learners to work in their own style and at their own pace, by combining theory delivered by industry experts with the practical application in the workplace.
We have designed our courses to be delivered in modules so that our learners can stay focused on one topic at a time, enabling everyone to achieve their potential at every stage.
We enable our learners to start their qualifications straight away with new registrations every month of the year (Subject to programme availability)
Our Employers
To provide apprenticeships and standalone training which are suitable for both new and existing employees.
To work in partnership with our employers, provide regular feedback and consider bespoke and tailored training to the organisation's requirements.
To recognise when additional support is required for learners and provide additional training options.
