Programme Support Officer

The Opportunity:

Do you have the ability to motivate and engage with people to get the absolute best performance out of them? We want to hear from you.

As a Programme Support Officer (PSO) you will be responsible for supporting our candidates through to the successful completion of their apprenticeship programmes by:

 

  • Ensuring coursework meets standards required to pass/excel.

  • Ensuring planning enables them to focus on and deliver their work on time.

  • Ensuring candidates understand and can apply the course content.

  • Providing support in the building of Individual Learning Plan

  • Offering Initial Advice and Guidance

  • Delivering group sessions

  • Delivering assessment workshops when required

  • Carrying out 12 week reviews with candidates in accordance with programme requirements

The Individual we are looking for to join our team:

You will be passionate about supporting people to achieve their overall goals and have a motivational attitude with the ability to problem solve. A strong communicator with the ability to give feedback, the ability to explain complex ideas and concepts and a genuine interest in the success of others. If you have worked in the education profession, then this would be an advantage, but isn’t needed to be considered for the role.
